We moved to Redding in 2008. Automotive Plus was recommended by a co-worker of mine, and I have been using them ever since. They are honest, fair, and reasonable. I trust them implicitly.

They did an expensive tune-up on my car a couple years ago. I heard they were Christians and hoped that would be helpful, but the woman who took the information was not friendly and sent us walking stores close by that were not close at all. My 80-year-old friend and I had to turn around when he tired and they were still not in sight. Also the mechanics messed up my radio computer settings, which have never worked since. I didn't realize it until a trip a couple months later....

I have finally found an auto repair shop that i trust. Being a single female makes it scary to have have your vehicle worked on, mechanics see you coming and try to pull one over on you, but not at Automotive Plus. I was originally referred to go there from Jiffy Lube to have my water pump replaced. They were short staffed that day, but took the time to install the water pump for me any way. While waiting there, numerous clients came in, along with numerous phone calls from people who needed to have their vehicles worked on. This told me right away they had a good reputation because they were so busy. I could tell most of these people were long time clients of theirs, which also was a good sign. The owners are the most honest and nice people, and the mechanics there do an awesome job. I have since taken my truck there for another problem, which i thought was going to be a major job, but it only turned out i had a bad spark plug. I highly recommend this auto repair shop. They are honest and fair, and do excellent work. You will not have any regrets, and leave feeling the way i did and do, knowing that you have a great mechanic.
