This company is totally unorganized, lacks leadership direction, lets employees come and go as they please without regard to clients. Factual examples - a nurse failed to deliver medications to me for six days, even though she ordered them and was too busy to deliver them. Another example - this same nurse called and said she was coming over in five minutes. This is scheduling? They attempt to supervise homemaker workers, even though they are not their supervisors. Scheduling is absolutely horrendous. Here is what was sent in the mail to me for this month. (time between visits, not counting weekends). For the month time in between visits -- six days, two days, five days, seven days. And this is organization? Using this organization is extremely risky. They say one thing, and do another. This happens all the time. And forget about getting the same nurse (within reason of course); it just does not happen. Clients need to check around before signing anything with this company. I am not at all pleased, and am actively looking for another option. This one is just too unorganized for my liking.
