Eric, the owner, is nice and genuine! Price was somewhat reasonable. When I got there the workers didn't pay any attention to me. I was left standing around for 20 minutes. Was told the car would take 3 days to fix. Didnt get until 10 days later had to constantly call for updates. When I did get my car there were scratches on the "repaired" area and they broke my key.

Mastercraft Bodyshop is the town's local body shop. I know they have been in business for a long time, I grew up in Midlothian and my parents have used them for years for all of our fender benders. You couldn't ask for nicer people. They will go out of their way to help you out any way possible. The work they have done on our vehicles has always been outstanding, but the thing I am most impressed with is that I stopped by to get an estimate on my bumper and the manager came out and buffed out the scratch himself and did not charge me a dime! Sometimes it's just the little things! We will definitely be repeat customers!
