Chris Christmas was the salesman that helped us. He went above and beyond with trying to find something that would work with our unique situation (highly recommend chris!). Lots of walking back and forth to the front office where they run the numbers. We ended up in a Honda that my fiancee loved. The numbers werent exactly what we wanted, but they were doable. We took the car on saturday and came back on monday to sign the papers. Well.... Monday was a horrible day. They had promised a certain amount for the trade in we had... and came back and tried to say that they were only giving us 1/4 of what they originally told us. I was not happy, you can't tell us one thing and then do another. I asked to speak to a manager, and they brought back this guy named tall older man named Tom. He came back already hostile and not willing to hear anything I was saying. He gave me attitude and continued to try to push buttons. He ended up walking away, in which I proceeded to voice my opinions loud enough that he responded to me by screaming in the showroom that I was shady customer, although we had be upfront and honest the entire time, after hes statement an employee by the door clapped. I proceeded to ask for the general manager, because I refused to be talked to like that. Travis came back, the sales general manager, he was great. He came back cool and collected. He listened to everything I had to say and he explained what he believes happened. He ended up keeping to the numbers we were promised on saturday and doing everything he could to fix the situation. At the end of the day we were treated great by Chris, Travis and the finance guy (cant remember his name =/ ) it was only the bad experience of overpromising and underdelivering by the finance guys in the front room and Tom that made our experience at Apple Ford a 3 star ( im giving 1 star for each of the guys that gave us outstanding service). My suggestion to you is to go there, there are some great guys in there.. but just be careful.

Our experince at Apple was great. From the initial contact through the internet to the sale, it was perfect. Our thanks to Justin, our salesperson, he was excellent!

My son was looking for a base 2014 Mustang in deep impact blue. On cars,com there were only about 12 within a 200 mile radius of our home on Long Island. Apple Ford had one of the best prices so I contacted them. Bernie Z was the salesman assigned to us. After we exchanged several emails, I agreed to purchase the car. But due to a mix up, the car was sold to someone else. Bernie called to apologize and said he would try to find another one. Within one day, he found another one and personally went and picked it up. My son and I drove down to pick it up the next weekend. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Service was completed way before expected and advised. Every thing done perfectly.

I was impressed with the thoroughness of the staff in their explanations of what to expect from Apple Ford and the various options available to me in the service packages and financing choices.

I had a great experience with Apple Ford in Columbia, Maryland. Ray was a fantastic salesman. He was one of the first salesman who cared only what I was interested in - not in my budget. I get turned off immediately when I have a salesman ask me my budget - there is a hidden connotation with this verbal implication. Ray showed me all cars they had available. He never ONCE made me feel like I was a pain. He treated me with respect and kept my interests as his number one primary. Thank you Ray!

I've really enjoyed my experiences with Apple Ford. I bought my Escape here (this dealership was the only one who could get me what I wanted at a fair price) and I bring my car in for all its service needs. Service is generally a breeze, appointments are made and kept in a timely manner, and my wait time has been kept to a minimum. I brought my daughter here to buy a used car last year, I'll definitely buy my next vehicle here.

After purchasing a used vehicle, and having our own mechanic inspect it, Apple took care of everything with no hassle and no charge. A very good experience for us so far. Thank you.

Exceeded expectations!

Overall a great experience from walking in the door to driving off the lot in our new F-150. Will, Teresa and Tim were great to deal with and very helpful. Friendly and easy to work with and knowledgeable in all aspects. Customer for Life is the slogan I see in the dealership. Based on my experience I will be.
