I admit that I am a pretzel fanatic. Always have been. Over time, I've tasted dozens of brands of pretzels - from national brands that are stocked throughout the country to regional brands with limited distribution to gourmet, hand twisted brands that are sold only at farmer's markets or upscale food establishments. And not that I don't value the texture and flavor of Unique's entire line of pretzels, but their 'extra dark splits' and 'shells' remain the BEST I've ever had. I stock up on them so as to share really great pretzels with family, friends and co-workers. What a treat!

The pretzels have gone down hill.
