I have been coming to this practice for 20+ years. Unfortunately it has become the most heartless and unorganized practices I have ever known. I understand that physicians are busy and are over booked but that isn't the only case in this office. They have over inundated themselves with too many patients and computer technology that the physician ( or most likely the assistant) that comes in to see you will barely make eye contact with you while they're typing into their laptop. Let's just hope that they actually have they have the results that you have been fearfully waiting for too. If the don't, no worries, maybe they'll pretend to be concerned 5 months later when they want you to go get another test. Nevermind that you've been helpless and worried about receiving these results for days that turn to weeks that turn to months. After several unanswered calls, and a visit where they assured me they had them ( I waited for an hour, had to close my business for the afternoon to make the appointment) only to be told that they actually didn't have my results yet. This practice has clearly lost its humanity. Perhaps they can find it behind their computer screen they so hopelessly stare at during your whole 6 minute visit.

It only gets worse and worse

I have been there to see a doctor that my husband got to know and like very well, when i started going there the lady at the front was awesome! Always remembered me and i never had any problems but the rest of the staff sucked! Not only did they make me feel like an idiot and spoken down to but i caught the one lady rolling her eyes when i was telling her what was wrong with me and i told her that i would like to see my doctor now and then the lady at the front left and they replaced her with an idiot that never answers your calls or send you a bill in the mail. My Husband went in with mee the one time and they told me i owed them money and my husband got mad and said we better see the doctor because that was your screw up since we never got a bill. And then the doctor started to suck like the rest of his team so i will no longer go there.

I've been going here for a few...

I've been going here for a few years and they only get worse. I am switching to a different doctor asap. I called to get a referral for and ENT. I saw the doctor (really, a PA) last week. I was told by a staffer that the doctor told me to take a certain medication (that was never mentioned to me) and to come back to them within 5 days. This conversation did not occur (nor did this mystery 5 day appointment that they have nowhere on record). Now I have to go back to them again when they are well aware what's wrong with me in order to get a referral to see an ENT who I can only hope is more competent than them. I have given them enough chances. They are awful in every aspect. If I could zero stars I would. They have been completely unconcerned with any of my ailments and now they are just flat out liars.

service up front is not near as good as rear

I went in for my follow up, so in total this was only my second time ever in their office. The people running the front of the office are not near as professional as the doctors in the rear . They made it very clear the they were only interested in my money. I had a bill of less than $30 which I had yet to even receive in the mail..... I had to stand and listen to the "what ever she was call the office manager and discuss whether or not I was able to been seen. After 5mins I decided I never wanted my wife or children to feel the way I did at that moment. Like my happy meal sized bill was more important than my health. I asked if the bill child be mailed to me and was never given any answer so instead I just paid my bill and left . For my families sake we will never return. It's a shame because we really liked our Dr. A little customer service would of went a long way that day. These women made me feel so unimportant it was scary. As I was paying my bill and obviously upset they appeared happy to see me go. I was disgusted.

I will never go back here agai...

I will never go back here again. I made an appointment and they gave me a physician's assistant who told me that she had no idea what was going on with the spots on my skin. All she said was it could be natural because people's skin does dry out (you don't have to be a doctor to know this isn't right). Nevertheless her solution didn't work and now I have to go see another physician, and I definitely won't be going there again.
