Provided by YP.comMet Rod 35 years ago when we both serviced an account in Stowe, PA. We talked whenever we could; Rod being a bit older than me I learned a lot from him. I had an MGA at the time with refillable lever type shock absorbers and Rod gave me the confidence to rebuild them. When we needed a 2 1/2 ton jack for our backhoe Rod had just what we needed. Later he rebuilt both tilt cylinders on a John Deere front end loader. Those $800 cylinders were not made to be repaired... but that didn't stop someone with 40 years experience; he showed me the clever way he used to remove an internal snap ring that snapped in place on assembly, with no way to get at it... or so John Deere thought. We'll have our bucket truck in for hoses one of these days.
