Coming from my mothers funeral from Orlando, I landed at Newark airport at 12:30 pm with no delays. The dispatcher called while I was coming off the plane and so she said the driver is a little behind in picking people up. I have no problem in waiting an hr if that. By 2:30 I'm calling and I was told another half hour because he's in traffic. Here it is 3:45, and the driver pulls up with the van packed beyond packed! I was with another passenger that almost lost his mind as well. We get in like sardines and this guy must have gotten his license from a cracker jack box! I haven't been so car sick in all my adult life. He drove erratic and extremely dangerous had three near miss car accidents, was very rude even told passengers if they didn't like it they can get out and take a cab. His name is Victor, and didn't care if anyone was to call and make a report about him, so that basically means they're okay with the service they give with customers like us he can do without is what he quoted. I will never ride with this company again! #disgusted

One of the workers name junior had two girls drinking in there and had someone smelling like weed in the van and we had two little kids in the back .. took them 3 hours to get where i was .. this guy junior was supee rude over the phone with me telling me he had 20 mins looking for me . But yet i was standing for 3 hours waiting for them BTW albert was the driver junior im guessing was training him or idk

I don't recommend this service unless it's your last resort. My experience was the drivers drove crazy, not just over speed limit, but speeding In curvy roads, climb over side walks. I understand that New York drivers are used to this but this was a shocker and very nerve-racking/uncomfortable for myself and the person I was with. The vans transmissions are not the best which also freaked us out. As far as time they say they will start picking up at 4 PM for example yet they start picking up at 5 PM. I know because I was the first one twice. This was an inconvenience when my trip was planned based on a timely event I had in New York. This was a learning experience and I will only use this service in case of an emergency.

Cuatro y sinco horas de viaje de ny a reading vienen unu ensima de otro de tanta gente que meten si te dicen que el viaje es pa la 6 te vienen recojiendo a las 7y media algunos choferes vienen mas dormido que despierto y despues que van tarde se paran a echar gasolina y te ponen musica altisima es una de las peores tranportaciones y corren muchoooo

I was at first nervous about taking this transportation it was my first time doing this. From the moment I spoke to Noemi to make my reservations she made me feel at ease. The driver picked me up and was very nice and I was dropped off at my destination right at door step. I recommend this transportation. if this is your first time and are feeling nervous or unsure you can feel a little at ease until you have your own personal experience. Thank you Nueva Imagen.

NOW THEY ARE OVER CHARGING , THE BUSES ARE DIRTY N OLD, THE SERVICE IS STILL FRIENDLY BUT THERE POLICIES ARE RIDICULOUS ..

THEY WANNA CHARGE U 5X MORE THE SERVICE FEE AFTER THEY SEE WHAT THE CONTENTS OF ANY PACKAGE U SENDING FROM THERE..

Hi I take this service once a week, I think that this company is excellent honest and very friendly.
