Went into Linsey Eyecare to get lenses put into my own frames. I paid for the lenses and waited over a week, just for them to call me to tell me that they broke my frames while they were installing the lenses. They never offered to reimburse me for my frames, which were in great condition when I brought them in. They also didn't refund me for the lenses that I bought! So after it was all said and done I gave Linsey Eyecare $300 to break my frames, and didn't get a refund for any of it. The employees, especially the receptionists for optometrists, seem to always have an attitude and honestly are not very good at their job. The doctors seem nice but don't always seem to know what they are doing. Shady things going on at this place. It's a horrible experience dealing with this business. Would never recommend, even to my worst enemy! Save yourself the aggravation of a subpar optometrist(Linsey Eyecare) and go somewhere else.

So many thanks to Linsey for helping my son out of a jam! His frames were broken and we couldn't get a replacement that day, so they went out of their way to fix up his broken ones with what they had on hand so he could at least wear them in the meantime. Great staff! Very helpful. :)

Pathetic! Rip off! No problem taking your money! Forget about getting glasses that work! Oh, and by the way if you want to 'walk' after all the disappointment you get to pay dearly for that! They keep half of your money that they upsold you on a prescription you did not need! Sick...this place should not be patronized by anyone that is expecting a good working pair of glasses....oh, but hey, they will let you see the Dr. once again for another 'try' at it! We are talking an easy patient that wore reading glasses all his life and at 67 yrs. old went in for his first pair ever! Should of, would of, could of been an easy job for any reputable business! Disgusted and 'ripped off' by hundreds of dollars and got nothing!

My husband took his glasses in to see if the could be repaired as the arm fell off. The optician said he couldn't fix it. Instead he told my husband he could purchase new frames which are normally $200 for $100 as a result of their current sale. My husband left and went to the optician at Zerns who not only fixed them within 15 minutes but he also cleaned them thoroughly and all for $16.00. Linsey is a ripoff. Do yourself a favor and go to your local eye doctor.

I absolutely would not recommend going to linsey eyecare. After being told that I could not get contacts because I'm near sighted and the contacts would be for seeing far and that the contacts would distort my up close reading. So when I went back to get my glasses a week later I asked again after consulting with a friend, why is it the I can't get contacts? This time the dr. said she was doing me a favor because my insurance would only cover 3 months of ontacts. Which that is bulls hit cause I called my insurance company. So now I'm stuck 20th glasses that give me headaches and don't fit right. Extremely not recommended. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

After being told that the Proclear Contacts were 398 for a 9 month supply, I checked online at Lens.com and was quoted 248 with a discount code from Retail Me Knot and their online specials. I called Linsey to cancel my order and they said they could price match it. WHAT? I am shocked and very disappointed. What is wrong with the medical profession, really? Now, I have to negotiate my contacts.
