We were the only people besides family members and staff in the restaurant when we were seated. It took a LONG time for any server to come to our table with menus. Service was haphazard at best but mostly inattentive. The fried dumplings had been previously pan fried then thrown in the frier and were torn and sopping with oil. Chicken was the same with pieces being tough, dry and stringy. The beef was so over tenderized that it had a gelatinous texture! Both dishes had sauces that were colloidal and gluey and the garlic in the sauces was from a jar and tasted like it! With the amount of business that they did NOT have I would imagine that they have plenty of time to chop garlic... We had to ask for a glass of water, extra plates so we could share dishes and when we needed anything we had to try to catch our server's eye as she shuffled back and forth from the kitchen empty handed.
I would like to give this place negative stars but I don't think that is possible!! We will consider this a food adventure not to be repeated!

Had take out from jade the other night and wasn't impressed. The order took 30mib past the time promised on the phone and the food was so-so. My Hunan chicken lacked the expected spice and zing.
