Each dish is freshly prepared with with only the finest foods available to our patrons in mind. Haitian Passion Family Restaurant does something exceptional with Yautia (Taro Root), serving them as an appetizer called " Akra ". You will get a generous portion of food at Haitian Passion Family Restaurant, especially if you like rice and beans, the standard side dish. Be adventurous and order the Lambi (conch dish), an exquisite seafood dish that is well-known by all Caribbean islanders for how it is prepared by Haitian chefs. All our meats are prepared fresh.. For vegetarian lovers, try the Legume (le'-geem), simply mouthwatering. Eat here once, and you will be hooked for life. The mince of parsley, onion, and garlic moistened with lemon juice and olive oil bring the Haitian food to a climatic experience you will never forget.
