The staff is rude. They will put a phone call on hold and then hang up and they do not call back. They did not help at all. I spent $175 to be rushed through my appointment. The doctor did not hear one word I said and her assistant laughed because I brought pictures with me. I was told to stop eating sugar. There was no personal understanding for my situation at all during my visit.

I went to have 2 moles removed, and while the procedure was quick and I am happy with the results, both times I sat and waited over 40 minutes past my appointment time. Also, I had to fill out, twice, the same new patient paperwork at my follow up visit because they failed to enter it into the system the first time. If you want an organized and professional atmosphere, which operates in a timely fashion and is responsible for your information, I would not recommend Family Dermatology of Pa.

Professional well managed board certified. I had a positive experience and would return again. I think the attention paid to detail was strong. I will refer my friends here.
