AutoZone,5th St DO NOT GO THERE
I’m locating my shop,small Garage only 8bays, from NY to Reading. I want to set everything up in order to keep my down time to a minimum.
I walked in the morning of 9/27/18 into the Store at 5th St Hwy in Reading PA. I located the commercial section. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!
A guy in the gray shirt, was next to a girl in a red shirt, kissing and touching her like if they were at home or in a hotel.I had to wait, even he saw me standing at the counter,again 5 minutes,watching them kissing,touching and eating.
He finally got around and asked rudely “What you want?”
Excuse me that I’m interrupting you Jay,Manager Commercial Accounts
I explained, that I was relocating and was looking to set up an account.He pulled out some paperwork,just generally stated fill this crap out and return it He was more in a hurry to go back to the girl and touching her between hip and breasts. He had no intentions of helping me,so I said excuse me “I still have another question”.Jay turned around,heavy breathing and his attitude was less than acceptable, he turned around and said “What now”.
I stated, that, I was wondering about delivery and if there are charges, Jay than turned around, saying “Honey, could come over”, Jay than stated, that she would be probably the driver delivering the merchandise, I do not know her name, since she was not wearing a nametag. I didn’t even have a chance to say thank you, he already had turned around, his hands all over her and passionately kissing her on her neck.
Yes, I had more questions’ specially if there are discount breaks and if payment would upon delivery or revolving…
1st this behavior is NEVER acceptable in a work environment, regardless if its mutual
2nd AutoZone seems not to care about customers
3rd His food and his girl are more important than helping customers
4th It is unbelievable, that a salaried Manager is allowed openly behave like this with and hourly worker, who is apparently reporting to him directly

Keep you on hold for ever, Cant speak english for crap, and are just plane rude... I'll go to Pep Boys
