Horrible service waited almost 2 hours for tow. Man got here was on the phone half the time then said he didn't have time and just left us stranded

Terrible service. Left me stranded. Tow driver could not find me. He was extremely rude when he could not find me so he hung up and refused to help.

My wife locked keys in car early this cold morning. We called, owner arrived and let my wife and children sit in his warm vehicle as work was completed. He rejoined them to finish paperwork again allowing them to stay warm in his vehicle as my wife's car warned up. Many would of just left after work completed. Much respect I and my family have for this company.

I have used this company several times now in past few months, they are polite, on time and do a great job. Even when the shop I selected to repair my car closed early I was taken to my home by the driver. I have given several of my friends their contact info also and they too are repeat customers.

The Worst Experience ever, Horrible ..... they are very high disrespectful even insulting .... the manager (Patrick) ask me why am I bitching at him after I complained about the price... (very unprofessional and disrespectful). Please DO NOT USE.

This company was called out through my roadside assistance with my insurance. I told them that my truck was not driving and they didn't listen. Then they towed it to the shop but didn't check with the shop on where to place the car but left it in the street on the side of the auto shop. Damages were done to my car and they act like its not their fault. If your insurance company uses them......dont let them tow the car.

Horrible services. These guys were sent through my insurance and they over charged me twice! I currently am filing a compliant against them. Sadly they took advantage of me in a bad situation. The also did sloppy work bending my bumper and dragging my car. DO NOT USE THEM

I called these guys because I had to have my car towed. They showed up quickly and were very friendly. I had called other places and they were very pricey. This place gave me a good deal and I would definitely use them again!!
