They have taken care of my computers for about 5 years now. They have always been fair with pricing.If anything wasn't perfect,they corrected it with out a delay. I would not go any where else. Very Very Pleased.

Needed additional RAM for my computer. Went in to the Raynham store with all of the necessary specs on my machine, but didn't know exactly which type of RAM I needed. They sold me the wrong type of RAM (also very overpriced), assuring me that it was correct. When I tried to return it, they charged me a 15% re-stocking fee because it had been more than 7 days since my purchase.



To sum it up, I paid 15% for the sales guys lack of knowledge on his product.

Thanks to my kids, I had to get my pc cleaned up, full of viruses. They were very nice and did a great job with my computer. Turn around was fast too. Will not hesitate to use them again in the future.
