I have an RV and my black tank plugged up. They assured me they could fix the issue, no problem. They sent a very young guy who didn't even check to see what the issue was, he just automatically ran a snake down it. That relieved the overflow in the toilet but did not remove the blockage. I called them back a little over an hour later and they said they would send someone over first think in the morning. They never called and when I called them I was told that they had sent him on a call and he wouldn't be available until the afternoon. They never called me back and I ended up having to call someone else after paying them $135 for absolutely nothing. Still trying to get my money back.
