Our initial experience with this company was very good. Trustworthy, prompt and professional employees. However, the company experienced significant turnover in staffing and thus we experienced a rotation of staff through our home which resulted in unpredictable quality of service. In the end, a staff member stole from our home. Although the employer was notified of the theft and the suspected employee while the employee was in our home, the owner refused to take action, to come to the home and confront the employee but instead defended the employee as a "trusted employee". We filed charges. Ultimately this same employee stole from another client, who also filed charges. The owner refuses to make monetary restitution for our loss.

I have used Touch of Class Cleaning for ten years. Kim, the owner, will go out of her way to make sure her staff accommodates any special requests. I have only had pleasant exchanges with Kim. Also, when my elderly parents had certain needs the cleaning staff treated them like they were family.

They will eat your food and steal from you. Very untrustworthy staff and the owner is very unpleasant.

They're worth it. They do a great job!!!
