Provided by YP.comThe first time I took my Golden Retriever, they did cut off all his hair, including his feathers. My husband had dropped him off and so I dont know what he told them. The next time I took him in and asked them to just trim and even out his hair and feathers, and they did a good job. He was clean and looked good, and did not seem stressed in any way. I continue to take him there every few months and have had good experiences. The only problem I have run into is my dog tries to shoplift toys on the way out of the store!!
