HORRIBLE place to live! We had to walk in 2 feet or more of snow ON THE SIDEWALKS to get to our garage! They do NOT clear the sidewalks and steps of ice and snow in the winter. We had ice INSIDE our front door almost all winter. You can hear your neighbors' conversations, snoring, and urinating. Your internet box that YOU pay for is in a LOCKED closet that you cannot get to for resetting it. If it goes out on the weekend, you will wait until the following Monday and HOPE they unlock it for you to reset. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!! Management told us these were soundproof before we moved in. What a JOKE!!! Luxury??? NOT!! Well, maybe if you came from a BARN! These have a ZERO rating from me!

RENTERS BEWARE! This is one of the worst apartments I have ever experienced in my entire life. This place is so cheaply put together. Snow accumulates inside the front doorway, and the winter wind blows through the windows and patio door. They provide the cheapest appliances available (not even self-cleaning oven). There is no light in the laundry room, there is no snow removal on the steps of the buildings, and you better bring a case of bug spray because the mosquitos are worse there than anywhere else in RC. If you love hearing dogs bark all day and all night and hoards of kids screaming, this is the place for you. The "management" is a bunch of lying Nazis who make up the rules as they go. I'd rather live in the projects than this place. If I were to rate this place, it would be -10.
