I am sooooo impressed with the customer service! I bought a dress and then lost a lot of weight and had to exchange it for a smaller size which they did right away. Once I received the smaller size I tried it on and really did not like the dress any longer. It just didnt look the same on me once I was smaller. With only two months until my wedding I went in and explained what happened and their response was "well we need to find you a dress you love!" And we did! AND it was a straight across exchange! The consultant Kenzie and her manager Paula were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and never once made me feel guilty for changing my mind! The new dress I chose was discontinued and they had to call different stores to find it... I had the new dress in less than a WEEK!!!! Now my wedding day will be everything I've dreamed it would be! I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

I would absolutely, 100% recommend going to David's Bridal to try on wedding dresses anytime! My first encounter with David's Bridal happened 3 weeks before my first fitting appointment. I went in to just look around and the staff was VERY friendly and was willing to help me find any style of dress I liked, in the colors I liked. They showed me around the store and were very informative.

My next encounter was on the day I scheduled a fitting to try on wedding dresses, as well as for my bridesmaids to try on dresses. Once again, the staff was AMAZING! They got my room ready promptly and were very open to what I wanted to try on. She helped me put the dress on, take it off, and I loved that she gave me undergarments! Seeing the "real deal" makes it so much easier to imagine what you'll look like the day of. They complimented me and were eager to help, yet always gave me as much time as I wanted to look at each dress. When I said I had another appointment at a different shop that I wanted to go to before making a final decision, Nina was very supportive. She even made me an appointment for later in the afternoon so I would be able to come back and try on the dress if I wanted. When I came back that afternoon, once again, the staff was super friendly and they were all ready to help me find THE dress! Heather helped me throughout the whole appointment and was so fun, nice, and made me feel amazing. I tried on a couple of new ones and then tried on my favorite from earlier that morning and they were all around making me feel so beautiful. I can't stress how professional, courteous, and nice they were. They made the experience SO fun for me and helped me find my dream dress. I would absolutely, hands down recommend David's Bridal to anyone!

I did not have a good experience here.

Once they found out that I was only buying a wedding dress here and wasn't going to spend an arm-and-a-leg on my dress, I was pretty muchly forgotten about.

Might be great if you are spending alot on your dress, but be ready if your not.
