Dr. Carpenter and his staff are very professional and very skilled. I have been seeing Dr. Carpenter for many many years and my experience is always the same. They are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, up-to-date on all procedures and technology, and are very concerned with meeting each patient's needs. I have referred Carpenter Dental to many people and they have all been pleased with their experience there. I would highly recommend Carpenter dental.

I switched to Dr Chad Carpenter when he first began practicing in Rapid City almost 12 years ago. His work has been nothing short of perfect. My wife and two children are also patients of Dr Carpenter's. He is professional, gentle, and his work is superb. Carpenter Dental's staff are second to none and they are now located in a brand new beautiful office that is state of the art.
If your looking for a Dentist, look no further than Carpenter Dental.

Dr. Carpenter did not have someone check my insurance to see if extra cavity he found would be covered. He fixed everything, but the extra cavity went over my $1000 cap - I was responsible for an extra $200. I would have waited until next year to have repaired had I known. Would not recommend this practice as very expensive even with insurance. It is needed to pay for a beautiful building and large staff of administration and hygienists.
