My small dog had an appointment there this morning...Had paid for the appointment at drop-off... BIG MISTAKE . Got a call saying my 10 pound dog wouldn't stand still so they couldn't finish the haircut. What Does that even mean? You're a groomer right. He has been groomed at other locations his whole life and never have I ever been told of a single problem. Husband picked the dog up and I wish I could post the picture! His body is shaved... Legs are not touched... Head not touched a bit... and smells like our shampoo which means wasn't washed! Upon calling the shop I was told my money would not be refunded because He had some mats and if I go to the vet and get sedatives then we could work out the price on his next "sedated" visit. Was then called a "neglectful dog owner" and told that I don't know how to treat my dog. Actually Used those specific words! The dog who gets bathed and brushed twice a week minimally. She then "LOUDLY LECTURED" me for ten minutes and the first time i tried to get a word in... She HUNG UP ON ME! Was then informed of my husbands concern because the poor baby cried the entire way home in his lap! Sure wish I would have read the reviews before all this. Isn't getting the messiness out your job? He's a DOG! You're a GROOMER! Would have saved $45 for this appointment and another $45 somewhere else to completely redo what was already paid for. WHAT A JOKE!

My pom absolutely loves this shop. She runs to her groomer! Her haircut is always so cute. The flowered necklace and hairbows are so adorable. Yes, this IS the place to take your dog...kind and friendly....and the price is right!

First time we went the experience was not that great, but her grooming was great--she looked wonderful. We did notice she was very timid when we brought her home, shaking. I assumed being around the other dogs there she was not content. It seemed unorganized, and chaotic there. We were told to get her by 3, I did and then they hadn't even started her yet. I had to push back my plans and wait another hour. It was unprofessional. We weren't sure about going back, but decided to give it another go. She may have been matted, but they could have called and asked if SHAVING her was okay and I would have been prepared to see her this different. She looks ridiculous. We will not be returning. I highly recommend going elsewhere. My kids are even upset about how she looks. It is a huge disappointment.

My Little Allie loves to go to Hap E Dog Bath Haus. The owners greet her with kindness and warmth that shows a genuine love for both my dog and me as a pet owner.

My husband and I enjoy bathing our dogs now ! really !! Thank you Hutch, Janet and Jennifer for our Happy Dogs. (no fooling) a man at Rural king said look at that Happy Dog . I had to Chuckle because I had just bathed Allie.



Benjamin ( my husband) said our dogs are our little air-fresheners now! Janet sprayed them with cinnamon doggy cologne so when they wag their tails the whole world is fresh.

My dogs love this place. I know the owner who is also a groomer and she loves dogs. I know for a fact that EVERY dog that's groomed there is treated with a very loving touch. The shop is busy all the time...usually a 2-week or longer period to get in. I make my next appt when paying for their haircuts. Trust me , the Hap-E-Dog rocks! Highly recommend.

My dog loves this place and always come home happy. They have very reasonable prices and they dress them so cute. I am a minority and they have treated me very well and always been nice to me. My dog always gets excited to see them come and pick her up to go get her spa :-) I guess every business can't make everyone happy and for the ones that didn't care for the place, there are many other places to go.
