The staff does not act like they know much about computers. They don't test previously owned hardware well apparently. They sold me some old hard drives that did not work and then would not refund me, because the staff person never gave me a receipt. They do like to force things that the customer does not want on them. All in all the service prices are reasonable but the service is not acceptable.
