I hired Katherine Home Improvement in the summer of 2016 to remodel three porches on a triple decker three family. First thing they do is send out their sales guy who literally gave me 4 prices upon our first meeting. I had already obtained quotes so he started sky high and worked back, almost cutting the original quote in half, so good thing I was educated on costs otherwise they would've really overcharged me. Next the contract was started, work began, everything was moving along as it should. Like with all renovations, changes, and issues arose and first thing that Katherine did was get their sales guy back on the phone to me to tell me the price was going up. I never argued once. When it came time to installing some cabinets, ill make a long story short and say it ended with these guys telling me they really don't know how to install cabinets. The way the installed the cabinets was so incorrect the dishwasher does not open. I had to heavily modify one cabinet and actually just screw the door and drawer shut making it unusable in order to make room for the dishwasher to be functionable. This was the point I was told Katherine did not know how to install cabinets. They then sent me a bill for $14,000 for installing the cabinets, expecting I would be going after them for the job not being done right. When I told their sales guy the cabinets cost $7000, how does it cost $14,000 to install them,, he informed me that he had sent the wrong bill (even though my info was on it) and sent a new bill for $7,000. Still in shock these people where trying to spin they're mistake off on me and actually charge me for it, they would not come and fix, as mentioned I had to fix myself then they had an attorney put a mechanical lien against my house. Attorney Lisa Berch after stating over the phone this was something that needs to be worked out between the two parties mailed me this. Highly recommend to stay away from this company entirely.

I am so glad and very happy what they done vynil siding to my house, on time as promise look perfect and professional, those guy are hardworking and nice group, I would refer them to my friend if some one asking me, I have to say Thank you and thumb up to them.
