I have tried for the last couple of years to have my addressed removed so I will not receive any more of your catalogs.



I am unclear at this point if your customer service employees are just plain stupid, or that corporate tells them not to remove names from their database. Either way, because of the treatment I have had from your call centers is abhorrent, and as a company, I will NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING THAT YOU OFFER. I despise companies like yours because of your tactics.
