Our family has been very glad that Groomingdales opened up in RSM. We have two beautiful goldens, Max & Brutis. Last year we also rescued a very scruffy maltese/poodle mix we named Cleo. We'd never used a groomer before, so I did a little research and ran across your website. I was impressed with the clean, open look of your shop; and that you actually schedule appointments, so that Cleo would not have to be gone all day (she's very anxious and skittish). On our first visit, I was introduced to Chris (who was to be her groomer), and she was a doll! She explained to me about "matts" and the proper brushes and combs that I would need to use for Cleo's coat. She was very patient with all of my questions, and I could tell that grooming is her passion. She did a great job with Cleo's groom - "scruffy" became "beautiful".



Since then we have been going to Groomingdales on a regular basis; I even take our goldens so they can get the "furminator". (This is a GREAT treatment they have to get rid of all the old dead undercoat - it really works!)
