Worst Dr. Office in OC. I was clearly misdiagnosed, went in for strep throat and they told me it was allergies. Dr. Bilan is very rude and never listens to her patients. She actually walked out of the room as I was telling her my symptoms. I was misdiagnosed previously at this same office in 2012. They charged me both time and it cost over $100 in co-pays and prescriptions even with insurance. The office manager told me that they would not reimburse me for cost and to find a new doctor.



Do not go to or trust these "Doctors."
