Provided by YP.comLeft numerous messages with Sophia who schedules procedures. When I finally spoke with her, she claimed that she had never received my messages. She had an attitude because I had cancelled an earlier appt. and claimed she couldn't give me an appt. for three weeks. Her attitude toward me was snippy and rude. She is not an asset to this office.
