Founded in 2001, Team Physical Therapy is a provider of outpatient rehabilitation services. I am grateful for Jeff and his team of expert therapists. I was welcomed by one of the team members; Corey and introduced to Nariba the Therapist that attended to my recovery after knee surgery. I followed Nariba systematic plan of treatment and now feel so much better because of her expertise. After returning to work, Nariba went beyond the call of duty as young mother and remained after her work day ended to accommodate my schedule in order to attend to my recovery. For that, I am truly grateful. Jeff, I wish you the best as you move into the next decade of business in Rancho Cucamonga meeting the needs of a greater community.
