this place is BAD!! i called about 3 small kittens that showed up in my yard today from a stray cat. i wanted to get them into a shelter so they would be safe and not make more strays or become feral. i was told that unless they are 8 weeks old, i could not bring them in, that i should just leave them in my yard until they are old enough to eat on their own. i can only guess at the age, aprox 3 wks old, since eyes are open and they are walking around. i was told that if i brought them in without the mother, they would just euthanize them because they dont have anyone that can feed them. the mother is a stray and scared of people so i dont think i can catch her. when i asked for any other places i might be able to call, i was asked where i live and when i said fontana, i was told that she wouldn't be able to help me anyway because i was not in their area. i live about 5 miles from this location. if i had the option, this place would get negative stars

the phone does not work, when you press numbers to speak with any person it says it is nit a vilid entry! it always says to come to shelter, except for hours and directions there is no help on the web site.
