Wonderful business as long as everything goes well. I bought a second scooter for my 94 year old father and it could not keep up with the first. I took the day off work to return the scooter. (my first mistake) They did order a new engine and batteries. I was then asked when I was getting there to pick it up. I asked if it should not be their responsibility to return it? We paid $2000 cash and I was having to do all the work! they then agreed to drop it off but forgot to drop off the charger and all the material I had taken with it. I was asked again when I would be back to pick up what they forgot to deliver. I asked if they could mail it or drop it off. They made me feel like this was all my fault! He got on the phone and told me he couldn't spend 2 hours on the road. I told him nor could I and he said he would mail it. Now my 94 year old father sits and waits for the delivery.
