Best smoked turkey I have ever tasted. It's hard to find a BBQ place that can do a good job on a non beef or pork item. That's how your really tell how skilled they are at smoking meat. That's when you can really taste the level and flavor of the smoke. Most these "experts" you read reviews form talk about the sauce or smoke ring from some show they watched on tv. Man it's about the taste and that's all that mattters. If you eat 3 - 4 times a week like I do and don't want out weigh Buba. Then you learn the truth that BBQ doesn't need to pack on the weight. It's just most places are not skilled in smoking meat so they stick to the beef and pork. Not that I don't love good ribs but if place a do good job with turkey or fish they no what their doing. Any fool can make pulled pork come out good because of all the fat. Liked their Mac/Chz there slaw was just average. If they just add some smoke fish I'd be in love.
