I needed my ice maker replaced and called AARS after reading reviews on here and google. They were able to come out the next day and I found Glen to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Repair didn't take very long and I am so glad I called them. Will call them again for appliance repairs. Cost was very reasonable also.

Wow! I am speechless!

After talking with Craig for few minutes, he knew what I was dealing with. Asked me couple questions and he told me that he would call me back. He did, just to direct me over the phone how to fix my problem with my dishwasher. I couldn't believe it.... knowledge, honesty and great service is what you get when you request AARS services. I will highly recommend and use them again for any appliance repair in the future. Thank you so much Craig you really made my day.

I had my refrigerator repaired today and Craig was my technician. He was very professional, honest and quick. There are no hidden cost he is knowledgable about the appliance brands and can repair them the same day! I highly recommend this company.

Excellent professional service. Craig made an exception to come out to fix my refrigerator since today was the only day I home. The service man arrived actually early!!, knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it quickly and charged me exactly the price that had been discussed over the phone. No hidden charges, no trying to tell you that other things had to be replaced. Honest service, great price, will highly recommend and use again for any appliance repair in the future.

Our dryer stopped heating. The guy was so nice. He fixed it over the phone. He told us to unclog the vent and it started heating right away. He said "we're here to help." can you believe that? Thank you, guys. We're customers for life. I trust them.

I called AARS when our range oven went out. My husband couldn't fix the problem or didn't know how to and so we went without an oven for what seemed like forever. I called AARS soley based on their Yellow Pages reviews. With my daughters in the home I rarely bring in strangers, but I was getting desperate. Not only was the repair man able to come out THAT day, the repairs was even simpler that he anticipated. Quick, simply and cost less that he had quoted. I will definetly call again when a repair is needed and I won't wait. Our repairman was nice, courteous, very knowledgeable and honest. He didn't try to sell me a bunch of nothing. What a breath of fresh air the AARS staff is. Thank you so much for a job well done. Looking forward to future business!

My dishwasher had been out of commission when the contractor removed it for kitchen cabinet installation and insisted that he had hooked it correctly. Well to no avail, it was not hooked up correctly, resulting in me calling a repair service. I call AARS and Craig was on the other end and was very pleasant and asked me a few questions regarding the appliance and we set an appointment. Craig was on time, courteous, clean and thorough. You certainly get what you pay for, a job well done. Customer service exceptional.

I had an oven problem and called a company who had a good write-up online. After waiting 10 days and getting the runaround, my friend Pat said, "You need to call my guy at AARS instead - he's really good and will help you out!" Coming from her, I knew I could trust her.

She was right!

I called Craig and he not only was very friendly and knowledgeable, he also had time for me! Long story short, my oven was fixed in just a few days and I am thrilled! I will definitely use this company exclusively for my appliance repairs and will also refer them to anyone who needs work done.

By the way, the price I paid for the labor/parts was substantially less than the other company had quoted me, and that other company never did call me back for an appointment!
