They had false information about the campground that I reserved a spot at. After I discovered their error, I wanted to cancel and get a refund; they refused to refund most of my money, claiming it as 'fees'. I will never, ever use them again.

Difficulty making reservations, refusal to assist with problems that have occurred, unsatisfactory rating with the BBB. They have the corner on the market and aren't concerned with customer service.
