They are the rudest people tha...

They are the rudest people that I have ever met! The "home" office is even worse. They treat their customers very badly. After 6 years of their abuse, I've moved my stuff OUT of their facility and will tell everyone I talk to about their rudeness. They have obviously never heard the term "customer".
