Have never had any issues in all the years I have had dealings with this company. Always helpful and the online access is so easy to navigate.

While they do offer good dental coverage, there is quite a turnover with employees, thus reducing the quality of customer service.

I have been using Delta Dental for years. They really are the only way to go for dental insurance. They have established relationships with dentists, so all of the headache insurance is taken care of between the office and the insurance.

We have Delta Dental Insurance through my husband's work and have always been pleased with the coverage. The only things they have not covered were things clearly listed as being outside the scope of the insurance, e.g. night guard and a third dental cleaning during the same year.

My experience with Delta Dental Insurance has been wonderful. They have been pleasant to talk to when ever I needed to gather information about my dental coverage. The coverage I have is more than adequate to care for my family of 3. Thank you.
