FANTASTIC! I thought buying a new car would be terrifying...and it was...UNTIL I walked into Ramsey Mazda! My salesman, Jimmy Smith, was incredible! Jimmy wanted to make sure that the car that I bought was a car I'd love! Unlike many other dealerships in the area, Jimmy was knowledgable and informative about the vehicle I was interested in. He knew EVERYTHING about it and was able to answer each and every one of my questions with confidence. Not only was he a great source of honest information, he was professional and kind! Throughout my two visits to the dealership, everyone working inside was smiling, saying hello, AND seemed as though they genuinely enjoying both the clients and working there. From Jimmy, to the manager Lee, to Ron in Finance, everyone gave me an INCREDIBLE experience! I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership to anyone! AND I LOVE MY NEW CAR!

I booked my service appointment through the site, and there were some glitches. When I arrived at the service center and told there weren't any loaner cars available, I figured I would just go somewhere else. But they told me they could drive me to work, so I waited.

The driver was late, so 10 minutes after they told me they would be there, I went back up to the desk. Amanda drove me herself to my job and did not make it appear to be a hassle or anything. She was very apologetic, but it was not her fault that her drivers didn't show up on time.



Once the car was finished, they dropped it off at my job for me so I didn't have to go back there! They were all extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. I am glad I finally found a good dealer.
