On 5/20, I had my car washed at Classic Auto Spa in Ramsey, NJ. After the wash, I inspected the vehicle and noticed two nearly identical scratches on the front and rear driver-side wheels, which I just had refinished a couple days ago! The manager of Classic Auto Spa denied any and all responsibility for the damage, asserting that the damages must have been made prior to the wash. (Judging from other online reviews I read on Google, I see I am not the first to hear this claim from them.) He would not show me the surveillance video of the car wash, closed the doors at 6, rushed me out, and would not wait for the police to come file a report. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my car back to Classic Auto Spa of Ramsey NJ. The apparent risk of damage and extremely poor customer service is a scary combination. The manager said that he was not afraid to lose just one customer, so I caution others not to be that next one customer.

To be honest I was hesitant to write a review . . . this place is like my little secret. They do an unbelievable job cleaning the car, there is rarely more that a few cars in line and the place and staff are clean and professional. I highly recomend them for car washes, details and oil changes. I use them for everthing!

it goes to show that experience is neccessary on anything you do.

this is a new carwash, i decided to give them a shot & now i regret it.

my car came out scratched, dirty, windows & vaccum were terrible.
