I received superior phone service!

This morning I have been calling around to have my dogs boarded for 3 days 2 nights in June early July 2009- I have spoken to many different Kennel workers/ owners but know of them gave me the superior phone service of they young g women from VIP. She spent time with me to answer all my questions (and didn’t sound as if I was bothering her with my concerns some of the other kennels made me feel as if I had silly questions. My one dog is 11 and has a server case of Arthritis; she is very attached to me and hasn’t been boarded in 5 years. The fact that my entire family needs to be out of town with this affair we are attending so I am forced to place my older dog under this stress and it worries me. I needed to know what level care I could expect. Most kenned told me they take the dogs out to relieve them self 2twice a day morning and at night. Twice a day, No, that wont work that’s like telling an 80 year old lady to hold in her urine for 8 hours at a time completely UN called for. Also Lauren expressed she is trained in dog behavior and will notice if my Brittany is stressed she or one of the other attends will spend the time with her she needs. Although we have not yet used the service I am happy to rate them 5 stars just for the comfort t & customer service they gave me a stranger to them over the phone. I am feeling better about taking this trip because I know my babies will be ok. I will report back after there stay with VIP and let you all know how it went. Gina from Raleigh N
