This business was towing cars that were not in specially marked parking spaces. They cleared an entire parking lot next to Texas Roadhouse tonight while families enjoyed their meals after a long week. Cars were parked in front of businesses that were closed-completely ok. Apparently BurgerIM made this request. I have not visited their business but will plan not to now. I cannot see how this kind of bullying your neighbors-other businesses-will bring your business success. As for the towing company, I hope everyone who was towed tonight files a complaint with the city for inappropriate actions of the towing company. There were only 2 spots marked for BurgerIM, not the whole parking lot. This should not become the new norm for this area of town.

I protest this company and you should too!

From this whole ordeal, I have made the following conclusions: First, Unlimited Recovery is disorganized, evidenced by the fact that it took five phone calls and several promises to call me back, before I actually spoke to someone who could have rectified the whole situation. Also, it is apparent there are organizational issues when one employee says one thing about a company policy, and the manager says something entirely different. Secondly, I noticed that the staff at Unlimited Recovery is extremely unprofessional. The secretary told me she would have someone call me before the end of the business day. When I spoke with her the next day, she told me the reason that she didn't have someone call me, was because she decided to go home early. The officer manager also told me that it was my fault for not coming earlier. You never tell the customer it is their fault.

I discourage you from using their services for the reasons listed above!
