My name is Vincent Koker I’m a current resident at the point of Crabtree and I refuse to live in this place for a second anymore. My truck was broken into 2 times Thousands of dollars I’ve spent in deductibles with insurance company’s.i sold the truck that was broken into. Bought a new truck same thing and they took my tailgate. Come to find out this place is know for it. Cops won’t even come out there anymore unless you yell at the management cuz they can’t do ANYTHING correctly. They flat out tell you to wipe your chin and walk away. But that’s not even the tip of the ice berg! The grounds people are a fucking joke and creepy. This dude Ned or ted gave my wife his personal number to have things fixed. She called and things never got done. So many bugs come from under the doors and mold on window seals because they leak so bad. I’ve been tell the complex that I have a leak that runs behind my tv. A wall that has an electrical socket. They come out and say we can’t do nothing about it till we see first hand. My wall looks like a banana because of this now this means the wall is rotted. I have picture to prove it. The pool and grill area FORGET ABOUT IT! Grills nasty! Grease everywhere! The Pool they say is salt water it’s not! I’ve found and took picture of weaves floating in it. :0. It was on my face!. This place is no good just look at the reviews. I live at Duraleigh wood right next door and my truck was never broken into. That’s saying something. And it’s cheaper. They think getting new granite countertops will bring in better people it won’t if they can’t fix the security problem. And just got the granite they are outrageous! One apperment with out 1150$ with granite and shitty everything else 2,300$
