This apartment complex is falling apart. All of the units have wood rot and they are not fixing the problem. In addition all the units have mold growth on the out side and all have ants. The grounds are not kept up. There is trash every where. Children run around all hours of the day and night unsupervised vanilizing items. You are only permitted 2 parking permits and they will tow your car for any reason. Management is horriable. There is also a frat house accross the street that has parties every weekend with loud music that makes the house shake. There are lot of college students that have parties too. The equipment in the gym is all broken. The pool is always crowded with teenagers and college students that drink and are loud.
