After my first adjustment I knew that Team Chiropractic was the place for me. I initially began my treatment to treat a sore neck, what I didn't know was that my whole body was about to change. As a committed athlete I know a lot of things can affect your performance. Everything from diet to how you warm before you compete can affect how you play. Soon after beginning my chiropractic care I noticed that I was becoming better at my sports. On the soccer field I was blocking shots more often, in the ring I moved out of the way of punches quicker, and in the weight room I was lifting more. This is all due to chiropractic care. Since my spine has begun the process of becoming aligned, my balance has improved, and as any athlete knows, balance is a key element in any sport.
