Ok we have to get this business shut down. Here is how to do it. Call bilo, kroger, and reids. Make sure to talk to district manager not local ones. Tell them their window cleaning contractor spartan america is hurting it's employees which in turn means we can't clean their stores properly or on time and maybe they will drop their contract and put them out of business. Also to file charges go talk to Raleigh, NC courthouse since that is where their office is located. Also to file personal charges your only luck will be against justin since brian has no home address or phone listed. But for Justin his last name is Mccray, he lives in gastonia, NC so call courthouse there, also you can find him on facebook at justin mccray. If enough of us file they will shut them down for improper business practices. You have to keep in mind it's nothing personal just business. It needs to be done prevent them from using other innocent workers. Also there have been numerous times I worked at one store for 3 hours taking down signs cleaning then putting signs back up have to go all the way to the back of store to get ladders all the while I only get paid 15 bucks because my schedule calls for 45 mins at that store no overtime paid ever you only get paid by the schedule if I were to leave at 45mins the manager wouldn't sign my paper and I wouldn't get credit that's how they force you to work 3 hours but only get paid for 45 mins justin blames the store managers and they blame him for us not being paid properly.

This company is a scam. Justin is a piece of crap liar and so is Brian. 500 miles a day on your car and cost out of your pocket and you do not get paid. I am supposed to be paid weekly it's the end of October and I haven't been paid since July. Costing me a home and everything I have. I am filing a suit and criminal fraud charges against them.

Do not work for this company! NEVER paid whem suppose to be. This so called company has caused my family to be without a home twice now. Keep getting told it will get better it just keeps getting worse. For a company who has been in business for years and still cannot pay there employees something wrong with that!! To top it off for some reason Justin will not give employees the owners number. The owner Brian Burton cannot be reached by the people doing his work. Wonder whats up with that?! If you hire this company to do any work please be aware that more than likely the employee will probably not get paid by this so called company.
