We were unhappy with some electrical work that was incomplete and were charged $200 for, so we explained that to Sergey and said we wouldn’t being using him for anything else. A normal business owner would try to make it right, but he just proceeded to rant, hurl insults at us, call us names and threaten us. Sergey showed up unannounced the next day, incessantly ringing my doorbell (I was on a work call) until I answered. He then insulted me and my husband and gave me $40 back. Feeling like we were ripped off was one thing, that’s on us for not vetting him out better, but his unprofessional and abusive behavior afterward is another thing entirely. After my husband wrote a brief review online, Sergey proceeded to rant, hurl insults at us on social media (his business facebook page) and in emails, and threaten us Here’s an excerpt:
‘If you NOT remove all this CRAP and STOP this I show up with building inspector and you explain him about your project ....My be your "WIN city of Raleigh fine " or something .”
He gave us 5 different reasons for the $200 charge, i.e. partial payment, consulting fee, phase one of electrical work. All were lies. I’m just sorry he knows where I live.

We had a verbal agreement with Sergey to lower a couple of electrical outlets, move a gable fan switch and move 2 wires for $200. He only moved 2 wires (work I could have easily done myself inside of an hour) and still charged us $200. He also showed up on the wrong day which was a problem. Needless to say, since Sergey won’t do what he promised to do, we won’t be using him again. If you use Sergey I would suggest getting a detailed, written statement of work.

We are so happy we found Serge, he is very knowledgeable and knows several trades, so it was one stop shop for our complete kitchen renovation. We interviewed 20 contractors before we found Serge construction and cabinetry

Left grout all over backsplash permanently ruined!.. left out cabinet spacer and dishwasher board then sued me for payment
