Ryan Disorbo did an excellent job repairing our faucet in our work kitchen. I would recommend Roto Rooter again.

They were absolutely fantastic the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was John Evans he absolutely bent over backwards to help me with my problem, the technician Joe Young tech #0729 was beyond wonderful. I will use their service again for any plumbing problems I may have in the future. Mr. Evans even gave me a telephone number to reach him if I had any further plumbing problems or any problems with a technician in the future.

Roto-Rooter of Raleigh was absolutely fantastic! I had an issue with a sewage ejector pump (obviously a messy situation!), and Danny knew exactly how to fix the problem after just a few minutes of assessing the situation! He went above and beyond to quickly find the replacement parts I needed, and got everything fixed the same day! I'd highly recommend him, and Roto-Rooter Raleigh, to anyone in the area.

We had a water pipe burst at 11:45pm Christmas Eve. We call the 24 hour number and received a call back with promise of a plumber next day (Christmas Day). He arrived and evaluated the problem, delivered an estimate (very reasonable due to Christmas Day) and proceeded with repair in a timely, professional and very much appreciated manner as the temperature was dropping and we had the water turned off and were afraid other pipes would freeze. Our Christmas angel work Roto-Rooter on the uniform and his name was Jack!

We encountered an unexpected leak and Roto-Rooter was able to send John out to assist almost immediately. He was professional, kind and able to get us fixed in no time. We are very happy with our service!

I had a serious problem with water coming out of the back of the shower. Called Roto-Rooter, the answer the phone fast, booked an appointment fast, showed up fast, and diagnosed the issue fast. They brought fans and dehumidifiers fast, cut a hole in the ceiling to get it to dry fast, and did a temporary fix on the shower so I could use other water in the house fast. Permanently fixed the problem with the shower the next day.

This all started on a Sunday, and, as stated, these guys were fast. They were polite. They did a great job with helping, and working to ease the mind of a freaked out homeowner. I would use them again in a hearbeat, and will anytime I have plumbing concerns

Terrible. I had a simple clog and it cost me $500+ After the guy left the clog came back, only now my toilet won't stop hissing and the water shut off valve is now broken. I'm in much worse shape now than before I called. Now I'm waiting on someone to come out to fix the clog and I'm also going to have to take off work to wait on a plumber to fix the water shut off valve, and I don't even know if I'm going to have to pay for this again!

The plumber, David Guin, arrived within 2 hours of my call; and provided excellent customer service and expertise. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter again.

On 12/26 our hot water heater went out so I went to the Internet to find a plumber and saw Roto-Rooter a company that had a good reputation. John called on 12/27 and made his recommendations. Since the job required 2 Herbert assisted and the job was complete by 6:30pm. Both John and Herbert were very professional and explained things thoroughly. A few days later I got a call from the general manager, Dwayne Owens, to see if everything was to our satisfaction. I would recommend Roto-Rooter of Raleigh for any plumbing needs.

Was very, very pleased with the communication and service provided by Roto-Rooter. Though technician's didn't arrive exactly when I had hoped, I was kept informed constantly - really shows respect for my time. David Hugee and John Armour were exceptional. Very professional, very respectful. They kept me informed every step of the way - and explained things thoroughly. Wish all technicians had camera's. Very helpful tool - but required additional visits since only selected technicians had access to one. Though I hope not to need these services again, I would contact Roto-Rooter immediately.

I have used Roto-Rooter three times now for various issues. I highly recommend them as their service technicians are extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable, and do everything they can to make sure you are happy when they leave. The technicians have an expert level of experience, and I am always happy with their service. 5 stars for sure!

I called for assistance with a stopped up toilet. I had read the great reviews for roto-rooter. I called at 9:45a.m. They thanked me for the call.



At 10:00 am they said the tech they contacted was being held up and they were contacting another tech to come righT out.



At 12:15 they said the plumber had been held up but was on his way out and would be here in 30 minutes.



At 2:00the operator called to tell me the plumber was "on his way". I said, "whatever...this is my 4th phone call telling me they are coming." The operator's response was "Sorry about that" and hung up".



At 300 the plumber arrived.



Couldn't be nicer or more helpful and courteous (his name is Douglas). I don't believe in "killing the messenger' so I said nothing to him about the time delay. The price for a stopped up toilet is 138.00 Took 2 minutes with a snake to fix. He helped me fix my other toilet that rocked (bad flooring) by putting something under the toilet bowl to keep it from rocking.



I'm not sure I'm willing to deal again with a company that lies to keep you in the mix! regardless of the competence of their employees. The telephone operator should be fired!!!

Hazel was thorough, friendly and professional. She was specific about potential costs, and described precisely what she was doing. I was offered same day service on a weekend, and Hazel arrived on time.

Roto Rooters was great. They came the same day I called and worked around our busy schedule. In fact, once we learned that the repair might take 2 hours, we asked if the plumber could come back the next morning. He met our every request and did a great job of fixing our problem.
