This place is AWFUL!!! Don't go here! I know a lot of places don't accept medicaid patients, but please don't sell yourself short and settle for inferior medical care for yourself or your family. You call and it takes them forever to get back to you and it takes weeks to get anything accomplished. They mess up on your chart and blame you for it. They tell you one thing and do another. I asked them not to put me on a specific prescription because of a lot of bad things I heard about it, but they told me to try it first and if it wasn't good for me then they would prescribe me the medication I asked for to begin with. I had a bad reaction to the first medication and when I tried to get it changed to the other one I was told to stop taking the medication and just deal with the issue on my own. When I argued this saying I tried everything I could on my own and that is why I asked for a prescription to begin with, I was told they would call a new prescription in for me and they never did. I am so fed up with this place! They screwed something up on my chart and I was brought to tears because I was interrogated about it, like it was my fault for their mistake. Every experience I have had with this place has been HORRIBLE! I am trying to find another doctor that will take Medicaid, but it takes time to get a new card with the new provider info on it. No one should have to go through what I have been dealing with at this place! The whole hurry up and wait and never getting anything resolved is getting old fast. They keep making me deal with a PA who doesn't want to do anything and doesn't listen, or pretends to listen and ignores everything you tell him, does what he wants to do and doesn't care how you feel about it. Then they want to complain because they have too many patients. I apologize for rambling, but I can't keep all this in any more and I don't know who to talk to about this. It's just not right! They really need to do something about this place because I have never had an experience like this with a health care provider!

DON'T GO THERE. CERTAIN DOCTORS THERE ARE NOT CARING OR FRIENDLY. THE CHECK IN AND OUT STAFF ARE RUDE.
