I’ve been a customer of rising sun for over 15 years. I tried once a different company but the service quality was poor. Once rising sun sent Aaron to clean my pool years ago I knew I had the peace of mind to know I was being taken care of and never double charged or upsold like most companies do. Aaron is fast, reliable, friendly, professional, and truly knowledgeable of his services, products and pool systems. Rising sun is a one stop shop that meets all my pool needs at once. It is pricier than other companies yet they do great professional work and stand by their quality and reliability.

I have enjoyed working with Rising Sun for 25 years and have always had good experiences with them and have recommended them to many people. I had a neighbor who used another service with below standard service and products...they FINALLY took my advice and Rising Sun came out and fixed everything....they are now Rising Sun customers!

My husband and I met a representative of Rising Sun Pools at the Southern Home show. At the time, we were house shopping and either planning on buying a house with a pool or planning to put one in. The representative stated that your company could advise us prior to house purchase and we were referred to, Gerry Sinnott. I was amazed by his quick and thorough responses to our various questions and multiple property reviews. I know it must have taken some time to look up septic areas, plots and general property information and his advice was invaluable to our housing search. He answered each and every question within 24 hours (usually within a few hours)! We especially valued his advice on one particular house we really wanted to buy, but it would not have allowed for a pool at all… what a costly mistake that could have been! In addition, I assume that this must be the busiest time of year for any pool company getting ready for the Memorial day holiday. I feel indebted to Gerry for his time and we are so pleased with his amazing customer service and look forward to working with your company in future for all our pool needs.

In response to a request from the Rising Sun business owners for feedback - Thanks so much for reaching out - we are business owners as well and appreciate your excellent service and professionalism. First, can we tell you that we were blown-away when we received the gorgeous flower arrangement? Sounds corny, but we got the warm/fuzzy's, big time! We have been thoroughly pleased with the entire construction process (other than the rainy summer that equated to many delays) and more specifically your team. From meeting Gerry S. at the home show and our first meeting with Josh G. back in March and Jon P., Kevin (Uncle) to Kevin P., Kyle, Jason in Pool Care. You have assembled and unbelievable team! And... we must mention Darren Hilyer, Capital City Curb & Gutter and his team. Darren and his guys were professional and very accommodating! We truly believe that our backyard paradise wouldn't look as good as it does if it weren't for Darren's experience, advice & expertise! Tom Harte, Harte Electric & Cary ("our" electrician now) were also great to work with as well. We have gained friendships throughout the process. Only regret so far is that we did not build the pool years earlier!

I was impressed with how quickly I received a reply to an email I sent from their website regarding cleaning and servicing our hot tub. I was also impressed by the professionalism of their employee, who called to inform me of his ETA, and then the later call to say what he did and what he would recommend for our future needs (ie, we thought we might have a leak). We verified we DO have a leak, and I have scheduled an appointment for one of their service specialists to come, find our leak and repair it. My confidence in service companies has been restored - Thank you !
