Long story short, obviously I purchased rims. When I came back a week later to make a payment, I asked if they could check my tire pressure because my tire light was on. The associate there informed me that they do not take your tire pressure sensors from your old tires unless you pay $200. When I purchased the rims, I was given a few documents to read, sign and initial. One of the documents contained info about sensors but I did not read that portion because I was advised by the same associate that info did not apply to me and not to "worry about it". I should have been notified of this upfront not after I agreed to the contract and definitely not after the associate crossed out that particular section and advised that it doesn't apply to me. Bad business and bad customer service. The situation was not handled appropriately. The entire staff laughed and blew off the situation. As long as they get you money they don't care about the quality of customer service.

I purchase some rims and tires from th and the rims wasn't all that but the problem with these people it's one guy and al he does is sit at phone and call people about payments and some people aren't able to be there or make it on that day he sends out a threat to put authorities on you and will not work with you on situation so if have problems with your wheels or anything they will not work with you and I had to come here three times before they even got me se rims for my vehicle so if they say they are here and have them they don't so to me the service sucks spend your money somewhere else

I called Rimtyme today in regards to a specific tire size I wanted to purchase. Spoke to "Hector" who assured me they were in stock. Drove 30 minutes only to find that they were not in stock. Thanks a lot Hector for wasting my time and gas. Go somewhere else.
