The experience I had here was unexpectedly awful.



I went in knowing exactly what the problem was, and the solution. My wife had been diagnosed with strep throat and since I was displaying EXACTLY the same symptoms, I asked for the same medicine that had been effective for her. The "doctor" first tried to tell me that I did not have strep because my test was not positive (as if my wife's positive test meant nothing and their test was the only one to be trusted). She was not going to write anything until I specifically asked for a medicine. She did not write what I asked for, then when I asked her to rewrite it she again wrote the wrong prescription (which she assured me was correct and I left with)! I don't know whether it was incompetence, laziness or being overworked; but whatever the case, it was completely unacceptable.
